Black Friday Like No Other, December 2020 - Witnessing Black Friday during extreme times - Madison Avenue, NY

Domestic Air Space - The lockdown and shutdown of U.S. and global airports from the first days of the pandemic made ‘flyovers’ very limited and random. This chronological documentation was filmed entirely within the limits of my home in New Jersey in the approach zone of (EWR) Newark International Airport. Each flyover is its own event. This obsessive observation is an extension of my earlier black and white photographic series titled “Planes” (1988 - 1994)
